1. Return Eligibility

You can return a product if:

  • It is unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • You must have proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used or opened.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Perishable goods such as skincare products with a short shelf life.
  • Any sale or discounted items.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order details and reason for the return.
  3. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
  4. Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, and any shipping costs you incurred during the original purchase will not be refunded.
  • If your return is rejected due to not meeting the eligibility criteria, the product will be sent back to you at your expense.

5. Exchanges

6. Late or Missing Refunds

Orders can only be canceled if the product has not yet been shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the product is shipped, cancellations will not be accepted, and you will need to follow the return process.
